Part of the Tennessee RiverTowns program’s mission is to connect communities to their river and to nature as a whole. SPARQ embraces this mission fully, and in coordination with the TN RiverLine Staff, and several other great partners, we have developed a framework plan to re-connect our town back to each other and our greatest natural resource. We are proud to present the following plan as a foundational vision, and are eager to also make it a reality!
